Returns & Exchange Policy

At Mehram, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer returns and exchanges within 12 days of your order date. Unfortunately, after this period, we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible, your fragrance must remain in its original condition, with at least 90% of the product unused and free from any damage.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us, our team will carefully inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be securely transferred to your bank account. You’ll also receive an email confirmation from us.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please note, delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
